CGAP will host its next training course for microfinance funders in Dakar, Senegal, November 9-13.  If you are a donor or investor who is new or recent to microfinance, “Developing Inclusive Financial Systems: CGAP Course for Funders of Microfinance” is the course for you.  We also welcome persons interested in a refresher on the new developments and trends in microfinance.

The course has been updated to reflect the latest evolutions in microfinance and it will be taught in French.  You will gain knowledge of the broader microfinance landscape and current topics, as well as the nuts and bolts of how to effectively fund different kinds of interventions.  In addition, we have organized visits to microfinance institutions in the region.

La prochaine formation du CGAP "Développer des systèmes financiers inclusifs : Cours du CGAP pour les bailleurs et investisseurs de la microfinance" aura lieu à Dakar, Sénégal du 9 au 13 novembre 2009.

Ce cours est conçu spécifiquement pour les gestionnaires de projets et les preneurs de décisions en termes d’investissement en matière de microfinance il offre une introduction interactive à la microfinance d’aujourd’hui et les bases nécessaires pour financer de manière efficace divers types d’interventions.
